I just wanted to let the management know that not a long time ago I contacted CHELCO to inquire about establishing the electric service, and I had the pleasure of speaking to L. ...I was blown away by L’s anticipatory service and willingness to help me with any questions I may have had, and even with questions I didn’t even know I had. L. took a great care to make sure I was completely satisfied and had all the information I needed to successfully establish my service. ... To top it all off, L. said “Goodbye” to me instead of the usual “Bye Bye” that you hear everywhere. ...Please pass this message to L.’s management and please let L. know that I am truly grateful for her warm welcome and a great service that she provided to me.
