Averaged Billing Plan

Do you dislike the fluctuations of the amount of your monthly electric bill that changing weather conditions can cause?  Then sign up for our Averaged Billing Plan. CHELCO's Averaged Billing Plan takes the average amount of your electric bill from the previous 11 months plus the current month's bill divided by 12 to determine the average bill due.  This way, you may budget for your monthly electric payment.  This is particularly helpful for members that may be on a fixed income.
