2025 Member Appreciation Events

CHELCO was thrilled to team up with Walton High School for our Fall 2025 Member Appreciation Night during the Walton Braves football game on Thursday, October 31.

This year was extra special because it was Senior Night for the Walton Braves, and the boys faced off against Maclay. We loved seeing our members come out to cheer them on.

Here’s what members needed to know:

Free admission was offered to all CHELCO members with proof of membership (a copy of their bill or a quick lookup in our system).

Game time was 7 PM, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy Halloween festivities before or after the game.

Fun for the whole family included free giveaways, opportunities to meet CHELCO employees—including linemen with their gear—and a chance for one lucky member to win a $100 bill credit.

It was a wonderful night to celebrate our members, our community, and local high school spirit. We were grateful to see everyone there cheering on the Braves.

CHELCO held its Spring Member Appreciation Night at a Crestview High School softball game against Niceville. All members in attendance were given free admission, and one lucky member was awarded a $100 bill credit. A special thank you to Crestview High School softball, Coach Toolan and the rest of the staff who helped make our event a success!

2024 Member Appreciation Events
CHELCO hosted its first Member Appreciation Events of 2024 on April 18 at Niceville High School. The Niceville High Eagles boys JV and Varisty baseball teams faced the South Walton Seahawks. 

2023 Member Appreciation Events
CHELCO hosted two Member Appreciation Events in 2023. The first was held in March at the Freeport High School Boys Baseball and Girls Softball games. The second was held in December at the Paxton School Boys and Girls Basektball games.

2022 Member Appreciation Event at Baker School
CHELCO hosted a Member Appreciation Event at the Baker School football game on September 9, 2022. Free admission tickets were mailed out to members beforehand. During the event CHELCO staff setup a tent with giveaways, enter-to-win prizes and a meet-and-greet with CHELCO linemen who had equipment onsite for members to see and try on!

Member Appreciation Day at CHELCO's Tech Center
CHELCO hosted the fourth annual Member Appreciation Day on Thursday, Dec. 5, from 4-7 p.m. at the CHELCO Technology Center. We appreciate each and every one of our members, and this annual event was our way of saying thanks. The event featured light refreshments, door prizes, guided facility tours and presentations from CHELCO employees to answer any questions our members had about our cooperative. Thank you to all the members who attended!
