This program is an option for our members to donate $2 or more on a one-time or recurring basis to help families who are struggling to pay their electric bill. During this difficult time, this program is more important than ever.

How do I get help paying my electric bill?
The first step is to contact us BEFORE your account becomes delinquent.
We have billing/payment options that may better suit your situation or perhaps we can work out a short-term payment arrangement. If we cannot help you find a solution, we will refer you to Tri-County Community Council, (850) 892-3615 for Walton and (850) 306-1134 for Okaloosa, to see if you are eligible for assistance through Members Helping Members.
