In accordance with Article 3, Section 5 of the Cooperative’s bylaws, auditors Survey and Ballot Systems counted all votes received at their office by 5 p.m. on April 8, 2025. A total of 4,563 valid responses were received by April 8, 2025. Therefore, the 2% quorum of 1,091 responses required by Article 3, Section 4 of the Cooperative’s bylaws was met. The results of the Board of Trustees election are as follows:

• For District 2, the winner was Terry Pilcher.
• For District 4, the winner was Brady Bearden.
• And for District 6, the winner was Gerald Edmondson

Additionally this year, a bylaws revision was included on the ballot. The bylaws revision passed, with a 93% majority voting “yes, to approve” the revision.
