CHELCO scholarships open through March 25

DeFuniak Springs (Jan. 26, 2021) – CHELCO will award six $1,000 scholarships to local students in 2021. CHELCO members or member dependents who plan to attend college or trade school in the 2021-22 school year are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Applicants must be CHELCO members or member dependents, have a GPA of at least 2.5 and be in good academic standing with their school. Those seeking graduate degrees will not be eligible for the scholarship.

On Saturday, April 17 at 10 a.m., tune in on CHELCO.com, where the six winners will be announced during CHELCO’s virtual Annual Meeting.

To apply, visit CHELCO.com or talk with a guidance counselor. Applications will be accepted through March 25.
