On the morning of Saturday, August 12 CHELCO’s IT Department will make necessary system upgrades that will affect the company phones, payment kiosks, and customer web portal.
Members should expect very limited communication with CHELCO. While upgrades are being made, members will be unable to make payments through kiosks, access their accounts online, report outages, and receive texts from CHELCO.
CHELCO’s main phone number will be monitored by our Energy Control Center Operators with limited access.
