Last month, CHELCO Trustee Terry Pilcher (District 2) was elected Board President for the Florida Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc. (FECA), Founded in December 1950, FECA is the professional trade association that represents the collective interests of 18 electric cooperatives, including 16 electric distribution cooperatives and two generation and transmission cooperatives, providing electric service in Florida.
